🙃 This issue, we're flipping the script
Another two weeks have flown by, and with it, another 78 subscribers have joined us—many via one of my favourite newsletters, Exponential View. Welcome! I'm so pleased to have you here.
Originally, today's knowledge share was supposed to be on virtual workshops, as an obvious follow-on from the previous issue on remote meetings. But, with so many new subscribers, I couldn't resist taking the opportunity to get to know you all a bit better, so I've put together some questions. Answering will only take a few minutes, and it will help me make Pass It On more relevant and useful for you.
👐 Next issue, we're welcoming a special guest
The benefits of knowledge sharing are greater when coming from a range of perspectives. That’s why I'm thrilled to announce Pass It On's first upcoming guest: Lauren Currie (OBE).
Lauren is an entrepreneur on a mission to empower people. When she's not busy helping women see and use their power as the founder of UPFRONT, she's working to democratise leadership development as the CEO of Stride. I'm especially grateful to Lauren as her UPFRONT course on confidence gave me the push I needed to start this newsletter.
In the next issue, Lauren will share her insights and advice on leading remote teams—both in and out of a crisis. Not to be missed!
Until then, you can reach me as always by leaving a comment or replying directly to this email.
And on Dec 9 from 7-8pm UK time, I'll be talking through my experiences of launching this very newsletter to a group of extraordinary women in the UPFRONT global bond. Join us here.
Take care,
Lauren 👋
